HILLSDALE, Mich., (Sept. 21, 2009) – Canadian Cobra racer Jamie Baskerville recently locked down the overall Alberta (B.C.) Provincial 50cc 7-8 championship – his second overall Provincial title in his young racing career.

In addition, Baskerville battled to a 2nd place finish in the hotly-contested 65cc 7-11 class on his new Cobra CX65, then really turned some heads when he finished on the podium in 3rd place in the 85cc 7-11 class – racing his CX65!

“We had a lot of fun racing this past weekend and are happy with the results,” said Baskerville. “Thanks to everyone at Cobra for their support.”

’09 goes down as Baskerville’s best competition season-to-date, elevating his Provincial racing record to two overall wins and three additional top three rankings in just three years of racing. Baskerville was also part of the winning East/West Shoot Out team competing at the Trans Can earlier this summer in Walton, Ontario.

In addition to Cobra, Baskerville receives assistance from: Motovan.com, PrintWerx.ca, Utopia Optics, Academy Fabrication, Perform X Motocross, Central Sled and Cycle, EZ Up Tents and Matt Crown Racing.
