Cobra ECX Mini Quads Take Australia!
Cobra ECX 50 and 90cc mini quads sweep the 07 Australian ATV Championships
HILLSDALE, Mich., (Nov. 29, 2007) The Cobra ECX mini quad line continues to make and impressive mark on international ATV competition as it recently swept the Junior 50cc, Junior 90cc Production and Junior 90cc Modified classes in the 2007 Yamaha Australian ATV Championships in Newry, Victoria, Australia.
Bringing home ATV titles for Cobra were:
Lachlan Stone (N.T. Aus) 1st place, 9 -13 90cc Modified.
Aston Oliver (W.A. Aus) 1st place, 9 13 90cc Production
Jake Gartside (VIC, Aus.), 1st place, 6-9 50cc Production
Also racing well on his Cobra ECX mini quad was Chris Bosnakis (2nd 90cc Production and 3rd 90cc Modified.)
Lachlan Stone completely dominated in the modified class with five-for-five race wins. Chris Bosnakis put on a spirited pursuit, but a DNF in race four ended his challenge.
